Hand-finished pieces ship within two business days from our Mumbai studio. Free delivery on orders over ₹1,499, anywhere in India.

01 Where we ship

We ship anywhere in India, and to most countries internationally. If your country isn't at checkout, write to hello@yorlook.com — we'll add it.

All orders dispatch within 2 working days. We email a tracking link the moment the package leaves our studio.

04 Duties & taxes (international)

For international orders, duties and taxes at destination are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the actual paid value — never undervalued.

Returns & exchange.

Seven days to change your mind on regular pieces. One-of-one tie-dye is store credit only — there's no identical replacement.

01 What can be exchanged

Tops, trousers, sweatpants, sports bras and accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is:

• Unworn (other than a fit-check at home)
• Unwashed, with tags attached
• In the original cloth bag

02 One-of-one tie-dye

Each tie-dye piece is one-of-one. We can offer store credit for the full value (valid one year), or exchange for a different piece from the current drop if stock allows.

03 How to start an exchange

Go to your order in your account, click “Initiate exchange”, and follow the prompts. We arrange free pickup and process within 3 working days.

04 Final-sale pieces

Pieces marked final sale at checkout (samples, last-of-batch, archive) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund policy.

If something is genuinely wrong with what you received, you get a refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.

01 When you'll get a refund

• The piece arrives damaged, soiled, or defective
• The wrong piece was shipped
• The order didn't arrive (after the carrier confirms loss)

02 How long it takes

We approve refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned piece. Money lands back in 3–7 working days for cards and UPI, up to 10 for net banking. COD orders are refunded as a bank transfer.

03 What we don't refund

Shipping charges on regular exchanges (only on defective or wrong-item cases). Tie-dye pieces are not refunded unless defective — see the Returns & exchange policy.

Privacy policy.

We collect what we need to ship your order and recommend the right size. We don't sell your data — not now, not later.

01 What we collect

• Order data — name, address, email, phone, payment confirmation
• Account data — your fit profile, wishlist, past orders
• Analytics — anonymous site usage via Plausible (no cookies)

02 Why we collect it

To ship your order. To remember your size. To improve the site. That's it.

03 Who else sees it

Our shipping carrier, payment processor, and email tool. Nobody else. We've signed data-processing agreements with each.

04 Your rights

You can ask to see, update, or delete your data any time. Email hello@yorlook.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

01 Who can buy

Anyone above 18, with a valid payment method, shipping to a country we serve.

02 Pricing & availability

Prices and availability may change. If a piece sells out between add-to-bag and checkout, we'll let you know and refund any payment immediately.

03 Intellectual property

All photography, copy, design and the YORLOOK name are our property. You're welcome to share and quote — we ask for credit.

04 Limitation of liability

We're a small studio. Our liability is limited to the value of the order you placed with us.

05 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Care & repair.

A piece kept well is a piece kept long. Here's how to wash, store, and bring your YORLOOK back when it needs a hand.

01 Washing

• Cold wash (≤ 30°C), inside-out, with similar colours
• Gentle cycle. No bleach.
• Air-dry flat, away from direct sun

02 Tie-dye specifics

Wash separately for the first three cycles. The dye is colour-fast but a little excess always rinses out at the start. After that, treat it like any other cotton piece.

03 Storing

Fold rather than hang for fleece and sweatpants — they hold shape better off the hanger. Trousers and shirts can hang.

04 Repair credit

If a seam goes, send it back. We repair free within two years of purchase. After two years, a small fee applies — and you get ₹500 off your next order.
