Shipping Partners
We ship through Delhivery, BlueDart, IndiaPost and Shiprocket. The courier assigned to your order is based on serviceability at your pincode.
Delivery Timeline
Timelines are from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most pincodes in India. If COD is not available at your location, you will be prompted to pay online at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also use our Track Order page to check your delivery status.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double check your delivery address before placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply. Yorlook is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on request. Write to us at hello@yorlook.com with your delivery location and the products you are interested in. We will share a quote and timeline.
