What sizes do you offer?
Co-ord sets are available in XS to 2XL. Oversized T-Shirts are available in XS to XL. See our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Do the pieces fit true to size?
Yorlook pieces are cut with an oversized fit in mind. Stick to your regular size for a relaxed look. Size down if you prefer a more fitted silhouette.

Can I order different sizes for the top and bottom in a co-ord set?
Co-ord sets are currently sold as a fixed pair in one size. If you need a split size, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across India.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order here.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer size exchanges only — not direct refunds. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos.

How do I raise an exchange request?
Email us at hello@yorlook.com with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through the process.

Product Care

How do I wash tie dye pieces?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry or wring. Dry in the shade to preserve the colour and print.

Will the tie dye colour fade over time?
Handcrafted tie dye may naturally soften with washes — this is part of its character. Cold water washing and shade drying keeps the colour vibrant for longer.

How do I care for the hoodie & jogger set?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not bleach.
